“Bellagio” is a large luxury estate, hidden inside an exclusive gated enclave. One of the very best locations in the Palm Springs area near the Santa Rosa Mountains and is only minutes from top golf resorts including the exclusive La Quinta Resort & Spa, PGA West Golf Courses and the famous La Quinta Golf Club as well as shopping, dining, spas, tennis and casinos. It is around the corner from the Empire Polo Club and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. It sits on over 1/2 an acre assuring maximum privacy for outdoor vacationing, entertaining, dining, swimming, lounging and relaxing. Bellagio is the perfect hideaway for your golf group, family vacation or corporate retreat.

This 8 bedroom, 4.5 bath executive home sleeps 24-34 people. Everyone can come on this vacation! It's ready for your arrival with high thread count linens and towels, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen & 5-star hotel quality amenities and extras. 5,600 total square feet. (The Grand Villa is 4,000 and the Guest Quarters are 1,600.)

Outdoors: The back yard is unbelievable with a 100 foot, heated salt water pool with 2 saltwater systems, UV sanitizer and over 40 fantastic waterfalls, jets and a swim-up bar with beach entry. Also, comfortable pool chairs & loungers, an outdoor shower, water sports, toys, games & a 2-hole putting green. Fantastic outdoor kitchen with a 48” BBQ, Chinese wok, 2 bars, dining table and giant, 14 foot trio fireplace.

Indoors: The fabulous, gourmet kitchen has slab granite counters with a 6x10 center island. Three sinks (one Kosher & two regular) and two refrigerators. Center island houses commercial ice maker and dual drawer and standard dishwasher. The kitchen has convection ovens, large microwave, 2 refrigerators and commercial grade stainless 6-burner cooktop. It's fully equipped with dishes, silverware, drinking glasses and a full complement of cookware and bakeware.

Great Room amenities include 7.1 surround sound and 14 foot remote drop down Home Theater screen with Karaoke & BluRay, comfortable seating, gas fireplace and pool views. Also available: Nintendo Wii and PS3.

Dining area off the kitchen has seating for 8 and second, private dining room has seating for 4 and a flatscreen TV.

Bedroom Descriptions: 3 Kings, 2 Queens, 6 Twins (Can be converted to 3 King beds) and 1 King/3 Queen Sofa Beds. The home sleeps 24 in beds, and 34 utilizing the 6, single person foam mattresses and 2 Queen air beds. All bedroom suites are equipped with super comfortable deluxe mattresses featuring 800 Thread Count sheets and pillowcases and iPod docks. There are 4.5 inside bathrooms and a super luxury outdoor bathroom with a private shower. All bedrooms have Brazilian cherry floors, HDTVs, multi speed illuminated ceiling fans with remote controls, iPhone clock/stereos & iPhone chargers.

The Guest Quarters features a living room with wall mounted HDTV, Nintendo, Wii, fireplace and gourmet kitchen with dining seating for 4. The beds in the Guest Quarters (included in bed count above) are a King bed in the bedroom suite and 2 sofa beds in the living room.

Other Amenities: Professional billiards table, air hockey, ping pong table, outdoor chess, badminton, pool volleyball, board games, dominos & playing cards. Mini gym in the finished garage with boxing & kickboxing bags, jump ropes and Indo board. Telephone with free local & unlimited long-distance, free high-speed wireless internet, wine cooler, washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. Parking for 6 cars.

Location: A++…walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields and Club for all the equestrian activities and Coachella music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort/Hotel, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses are very close, minutes away by car.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the new shops along 111. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs & nearby casinos.

    A big group of friends and I rented this spot for the weekend and coincidentally, my boyfriend became my fiancee. He proposed and the trip became a fabulous memory. Everything was fantastic. The hosts were fantastic. Just a couple complaints. First, I think the major thing was the noise factor. This spot is located in a gated community and I understand that there will be neighbors, but we didn't rent this location to be quiet. Our host mentioned that 'an old lady' lived directly behind the home and was prone to complaining about noise. I guess we should have taken that seriously. She called the cops on us twice. The police came out the first time and actually said, 'this happens every time you are here' you as in renters. The second time, the cop wasn't as friendly. As we wanted to respect the location and our use of it, night #2 became a very quiet night. The thing is with the waterfalls and the outdoor music, that alone is loud. It really brought us all down and it was very unfortunate that such a large location has quiet ordinances.

    A few other things were off. The space is actually an 8 bedroom unit with the 9th room being a dining room with pull out couches. Not a problem, but it was misleading. Then, the 'commercial' ice maker isn't much larger than a very small dishwasher. We had to go on ice runs which, in the heat and everyone drinking, that was not fun at all. Luckily my fiancee doesn't drink at all. Our hose actually said that is being replaced but I wish we had known that prior of course, to prep accordingly.

    The rental overall is fantastic. The decoration is very over the top and not a set style can describe it. Not too thought out I think. Oh yes, and the travertine tiles around the pool area are extremely slippery. Not tile meant for a pool area at all. They did supply a very courteous 'Wet Floor' sign, which saves them and not our butts from slipping to our death. But hey, we only managed a few bruises among the 18 people that wer

    I couldn't get ahold of the owner. Also, the pool didn't get turned on when we got there and so wasn't being filtered so the water got pretty dirty. After I called the pool guy, he came fixed it and it was great. There was a water leak. Pool guy took care of this also, once he came back. Altogether, we had a great time. Ice maker was broken as were the dishwasher drawers. Other than that, it was fun.
