Set on an private acre in exclusive Little Tuscany Estates, and next door to the former Elvis Presley Estate, Hamrick House offers unobstructed San Jacinto mountain and 360 degree city views. Home is approximately 3,580 ft, on one level, with a rear stone terrace of approximately 4,000 sqft featuring natural desert landscape, an outdoor movie theater with surround sound, heated salt-water volleyball pool with deck jets and spa, private massage area, pool floats, Regency-style cabana, sun beds and an upper sun deck with queen bed that illuminates at night with TV, fridge, sound system and retractable roof. The pool also features water shelves on each side of the spa allowing guests to lie in shallow water while taking in the stunning mountain range and city views. The Hamrick House features 5 luxuriously appointed bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, plasma TV’s, Frette linens and pool terrace access for the ultimate in private luxury. Suite 2, “The Little Tuscany Room” is separate from the main house, steps from the pool and offers a king bed, 40” plasma TV, spa tub, zebrawood wall, stereo system and mountain and city views. Suite 3, “The Frey Room” has a Queen bed, marble shower, spa tub, plasma TV and desert landscape views. Suite 4, “The Clark Room” has a Queen bed, plasma TV, marble shower, tub with flatscreen TV and mountain views. Suite 5, “The Palm Room” has a Queen bed, marble shower, plasma TV and city and mountain views. The Architectural Digest featured kitchen has white carrera marble, Viking appliances and pool terrace views and access. Living room has beamed ceiling, wingback chairs and restored fireplace mantle and stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains. The Albert Frey designed media/dining room overlooks the city and has 180 degree views and a carrera marble dining table with Starck Ghost chairs and state of the art media.
