The home has new, modern furnishings, authentic Saltillo tile flooring in the great room, dining & kitchen and plush, high-end carpet in the bedrooms.

Outdoors: Relax in the private pool & spa and take in the gorgeous mountain view. Or lounge on a chaise and work on your tan. The spacious front enclosed courtyard features a fantastic 6 person dining table that converts to a firepit for late night conversation.

Indoors: The great room features a large custom made sectional for plenty of seating, fireplace, HDTV, DVD, X-Box Kinect with Halo & Dance Central, Playstation 3 and an iHome for your iPod/Phone.

The dining area is bright and cheery, with a window looking out to the courtyard and sliding glass doors to the side yard, pool & BBQ. Including the outdoor dining, there is dining seating for 12.

The gourmet kitchen is brand new and features slab granite, stainless appliances, custom cabinets with soft-close drawers and is fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, crock-pot, pots and pans, knife set, spices and cooking utensils. There are dishes, cups, bowls, glasses and flatware settings for 8+. Or skip the kitchen and fire up the BBQ!

Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms. Master Bedroom Suite: King-size bed with a new, premium mattress, HDTV, ceiling fan, stunning mountain views, french doors open out to pool/spa and rear patio. Private attached bath with tub, shower, dual sinks and dimmer lights. Bedroom 2 features a King bed with new, luxury mattress, HDTV, ceiling fan and pool & mountain views. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed with luxury pillowtop mattress, ceiling fan and a treadmill if you want to continue your workouts. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full sized bath with combo tub/shower. 1 Queen aerobed is also available upon request and can be set up in the great room if needed.
