This 4 bedroom, 3 bath executive home comfortably sleeps 8 people & is ready for your arrival with high thread count linens and towels, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen & 5-star hotel quality amenities and extras. 

Outdoors: The large back patio area has a private heated custom pool & spa and a large, resort-style sunshade structure with luxurious chaise lounges so comfortable you could sleep on them! Outdoor living room with loveseat, two chairs, ottoman, coffee table and side table right next to the built in BBQ. There are more chairs outside the master suite doors as well as 2 more lounge chairs.  

Indoors: The fabulous kitchen has slab granite counters, 5-burner gas cook-top, double ovens, microwave & dishwasher. Fun extras include a waffle maker and margarita machine!  

Great Room amenities include a gas fireplace set into a fantastic stone mantle, 70” HDTV, DVD, cable and comfortable leather seating.  

Formal dining area has seating for 8 and a butler's pantry. The kitchen table has seating for 4 and 2 more at the bar.   

Bedroom Descriptions: The Master Suite features a King-size bed, TV, private french doors to the pool & spa and spacious walk in closet. Master bath area has an oversize custom tiled shower, soaking tub and dual vanities.  

Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed, TV, futon, view of the front courtyard and private bath with shower directly across the hall. Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, view of the back yard and attached Jack n Jill bath with combo tub & shower. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, view of the front courtyard and attached Jack n Jill bath.  

Bed and Sleeping Summary: 1 King, 3 Queen.  

Other Amenities: Free high-speed wireless internet, fully-equipped laundry room with washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. Parking for 4.  

Location: A++…walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields and Club for all the equestrian activities and Coachella music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort/Hotel, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses are very close, minutes away by car.   

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the new shops along 111. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
